The Office for Success and Dropout Reduction develops strategies and actions to prevent and monitor dropout situations on a regular, individual and personalized basis, identify the reasons that led to dropout, propose strategies to mitigate dropout, develop specific actions that can promote the re-entry of students to courses and publicize cases of school success.
This office also collaborates with other institutions to create an effective support network, promoting guidance and monitoring programs for students at risk. It also supports innovative programs - STEP, STEP+ e STUDENTWELL-BE - which encourage student involvement in academic life, helping to build an inclusive and motivating educational environment, promoting mental health and well-being where every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
