ESHTE IT

Our mission is to guarantee the best working conditions with regard to new information technologies for the entire ESHTE community. Our vision is that the school should always be up to date and use the latest and best IT systems. To this end, we aim to constantly find solutions that translate into greater work efficiency and speed up the resolution of the various day-to-day problems faced by students, teachers and staff. We are also committed to ensuring that the school has the best IT conditions for teaching, both in terms of equipment and software.

HELPDESK DEPARTMENT
 

Taking into account the organisation of the ESHTE Informática team, the ESHTE academic community should request support from the Helpdesk team in the following situations:

  • Requests for computer equipment;
  • Maintenance of IT equipment;
  • Questions.
