Portugal has won five new Michellin Stars and one of them belongs to former ESHTE student Diogo Rocha.
With a degree in Food Production in Catering, Diogo Rocha has made a name for himself at the 'Mesa de Lemos' restaurant in Viseu.
Gil Fernandes, also an ESHTE graduate in Food Production in Catering, is the youngest Portuguese chef to lead a restaurant, 'Fortaleza do Guincho', which has kept its Michelin Star.
João Rodrigues, a student on the same degree, also kept his Star at 'Feitoria', as did Pedro Almeida at 'Midori'.
