ENROLMENT AND REGISTRATION 2019/2020 (1ST YEAR / 1ST TIME)

All students who have been placed on ESHTE courses within the scope of the competitions mentioned below are advised that with regard to enrolment and registration for the 2019/2020 academic year, as well as the payment of tuition fees, the deadlines must be respected and they must also bring all the elements that are requested for enrolment purposes, which can be consulted here. 

OPENING HOURS DURING ENROLMENT WEEK:

Exceptionally, due to the fact that the enrolment of students placed by the National Competition for Access to Higher Education is taking place, the Academic Services and the Treasury will have the following opening hours:

Academic Services (DO NOT take a ticket, you will be given a ticket next to room 2.22):

• Tickets (morning):

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th: 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

• Passes (afternoon):

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th: 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Treasury (take ticket E):

Tickets (morning):
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th: 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
Passes (afternoon):
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th: 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Services are closed after working hours
