Application process:
To complete the application process, which takes place exclusively online, the candidate must access the Applications Portal. It is necessary to access the Guide for Applicants and follow precisely the examples provided (documents can only be up to 1MB).
Application fee | 75 €
The application fee will only be returned if the course does not open. For this purpose, the candidate must keep the respective receipt. Applications will only be considered valid if payment is made within the deadline.
Errors or omissions made in filling in the online application form or the application process’s instructions are the sole responsibility of the candidate.

Holders of a foreign higher education degree must present the certificate/diploma with the Hague apostille.

Selection criteria
The selection criteria will only be applied if the number of applicants exceeds the defined numerus clausus.
Applications will be assessed by the Course Coordinator, who will decide on the situation of each applicant, defining the corresponding credits and study plans.
On the other hand, candidates will be selected by the Course Coordination based on the successive application of the following criteria:
i) Classification obtained in the degree or in Postgraduate, Advanced Training or equivalent courses;
ii) The candidate's curriculum vitæ, namely academic, scientific and technical;
iii) Statement of the application's objectives and motivation;
iv) Results of an individual interview, when deemed necessary by the Coordination Committee.
Preference will be given to former students of ESHTE's undergraduate and postgraduate courses, advanced training (or equivalent) and company or public body staff with more than two years' professional experience, up to a limit of 30% of the available places, and employees of DNA Cascais or companies supported by it, up to a limit of 30% of the available places.

IMPORTANT NOTE
On completion of the postgraduate course, national students can benefit from a full refund of their tuition fees, as stipulated in the ESHTE Student Scholarship Regulations, within the scope of the TIA - Tourism International Academy Project. To do this, they must have completed at least one course unit with a grade of 14 or higher by the end of the first semester.
In addition, by completing more curricular units with grades of 14 or higher, the reimbursement amounts will be higher. (The Regulations will be available soon).
