Paulo Morais is the winner of the Special Cutipol Career Award 2022

A teacher at the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies (ESHTE), where he lectures on world cuisines, with a special focus on Asian cuisines, Paulo Morais was honoured earlier this year as an ambassador for local gastronomy by the Japanese government, won a Michelin star for his restaurant Kanazawa, and now wins the Cutipol Career 2022 Special Award as part of the Mesa Marcada Awards.
