On April 8, the Estoril Higher School of Hotel Management and Tourism (ESHTE) received a visit from the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Fernando Alexandre, accompanied by the Secretary of State for Science, Ana Paiva.

During the visit, managers had the opportunity to see the institution's facilities, including the technical areas, where they could closely observe the resources and equipment used in the training of students.

The group had lunch at the school's application restaurant, where a menu prepared by students of the Food Production in Restaurants course and served by students of the Hotel Administration and Management course was served. At the end of the meal, Minister Fernando Alexandre addressed the team with a few words, praising the importance of the training offered by ESHTE in training qualified professionals for the tourism sector, one of the pillars of the national economy.
