MIACC and MFD visited Vivid Foods' facilities

On February 9, students from MIACC and MFD visited the facilities of Vivid Foods. The challenge was set by the company so that the students could learn a little about the industrial process in the development and creation of food products. The students were also challenged to develop new recipes in a partnership to be formalized with ESHTE.

VIVID FOODS was founded in 2013 with the main aim of boosting innovation in the food industry.   Based in the Vila Nova da Barquinha Business Center, in the district of Santarém, since 2018 we have been operating in the food sector with an extensive range of products including meat, fish, vegetables, mixed solutions and soon non-meat solutions.
