On November 19th, the workshop entitled "Leading with Presence – Authority and Relationships in the Classroom" was held in the CIBT Auditorium, an initiative integrated into the STEP+ program. The event, which took place between 10 am and 1 pm, brought together teachers interested in deepening their leadership and communication skills in the pedagogical context.

The workshop highlighted the importance of assuming a strong presence in the classroom, demonstrating that leadership goes far beyond simply being present or adopting a single leadership style. Participants explored ways to inspire confidence, foster respect, and create authentic bonds with students. Through practical exercises and moments of sharing and reflection, teachers worked on essential aspects for articulating authority and empathy in the educational environment.

The initiative demonstrated, once again, the commitment of the STEP+ program to promoting the continuous development and training of education professionals, contributing to the creation of more positive, conscious, and authentic pedagogical environments.
