On April 15, the first ESHTE businessmen's dinner was held, a meeting that marks the beginning of a promising initiative to foster entrepreneurship and create bonds between businessmen linked to the institution.
Being an entrepreneur requires courage and determination to face daily challenges, such as ensuring the payment of salaries, taxes, and other expenses that are part of business management. Recognizing this reality, this event was designed as an opportunity to support and value ESHTE's entrepreneurial students.
During the dinner, participants had the opportunity to hear a message of support from the President of ESHTE, Professor Carlos Brandão, who reaffirmed the institution's commitment to encouraging entrepreneurship. In addition, each entrepreneur presented his or her business, which generated motivating conversations and possibilities for synergies and partnerships between companies—mutual business leverage is one of the main goals of these meetings.
For those who were unable to attend, we would like to inform you that other events like this are already planned, which focus on creating business opportunities and strengthening the ESHTE business community. As part of this initiative, the creation of an ESHTE Business Association is planned, which will be a milestone in the consolidation of this movement.
We would like to express our special gratitude for the support and encouragement of the ESHTE Presidency, especially the Hon. President Professor Carlos Brandão, who has been a fundamental pillar in making this project a reality.
