ESHTE's Institutional Dinner Celebrates Practical Teaching and Strengthens Strategic Partnerships

An institutional dinner was held on December 16th by the Estoril Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism (ESHTE), bringing together more than one hundred employees. The event took place in a convivial and friendly atmosphere and was part of an applied teaching session involving classes from the Food Production in Restaurants and Hotel Management courses, under the guidance of ESHTE professors António Pires, Constança Nunes, Gilberto Costa, and Nelson Félix, highlighting the quality of the practical teaching provided at the School.
 
The room decoration was handled by Impactto – Catering & Events, to whom ESHTE extends special thanks for creating a welcoming and festive environment.
 
The event was attended by distinguished guests, including the Rector of NOVA University Lisbon, Dr. Paulo Pereira, who highlighted the opportunities resulting from the integration of ESHTE into NOVA, and the Mayor of Cascais, Dr. Nuno Piteira Lopes, who challenged NOVA ESHTE to continue asserting itself and further strengthening its international positioning. Both emphasized the relevance of ESHTE in the landscape of higher education in Tourism in the country and its strategic importance for the municipality of Cascais. The Vice-Rector of NOVA, Dr. José Branco, also participated.
 
This dinner was a moment of celebration, sharing, and recognition of the work developed throughout the year by the entire ESHTE academic community, simultaneously reinforcing the articulation between teaching, professional practice, and institutional involvement.
