
On November 19th, first-year students of the Leisure and Tourism Management course (GLAT-PL) undertook a study visit to the emblematic Hotel Palácio in Estoril. The activity was part of the Introduction to Tourism course, providing students with a practical and enriching experience.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about the history of the iconic hotel, a landmark in luxury hospitality in Portugal, and explore various spaces within the property, renowned for its elegance and tradition. The experience was led by Mr José Diogo, Head Concierge, who shared valuable insights about the hotel's operations and the importance of delivering excellent service in the sector.
