ESHTE provides access to the national Artificial Intelligence platform — IAedu

The Estoril Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism (ESHTE) is now offering its academic community—professors, researchers, students, and technical and management staff—access to IAedu, a new national Artificial Intelligence platform developed by FCT, through its digital services unit FCCN.

 

IAedu integrates several advanced AI models into a single portal to support teaching, research, and institutional management activities, promoting the responsible and safe use of Artificial Intelligence in higher education.

 

Among the platform's main functionalities are:

 

Support for data analysis and interpretation;

Creation of pedagogical resources;

Development of research projects;

Automation of administrative processes;

Configuration of customized agents for different institutional contexts.

 

Data protection and confidentiality are fully ensured—the information entered and the results obtained are not used to train other models. Each user can choose the model best suited to their needs and define the purpose of its use.

 

This initiative represents another step by ESHTE in promoting technological innovation and digital transformation in education, encouraging the use of tools that enhance learning, research, and organizational efficiency.
