ESHTE and the Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (INHAC), based in Minas Gerais, Brazil, formalized an international cooperation protocol on December 15th, aiming to consolidate academic and professional collaboration between the two institutions in the areas of hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts.
The protocol, signed by the President of ESHTE, Professor Carlos Brandão, and the Executive Director of INHAC, Dr. Sarah Rocha Oliveira, establishes an institutional framework focused on knowledge sharing, innovation, and advanced qualification.
This agreement defines the basis for the development of joint initiatives and projects, particularly in the design and implementation of training programs, technical and scientific consulting, applied research projects, and academic and professional exchange programs, involving students, faculty, and technicians from both institutions.
The signing of this protocol is part of ESHTE's internationalization strategy, contributing to the deepening of cooperation networks in the Portuguese-speaking world and to the enhancement of training, mobility, and knowledge transfer in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
