ESHTE attended the European Researchers' Night 2025

ESHTE was present at European Researchers' Night 2025, which took place on 26 September at two prominent locations: the National Museum of Natural History and Science (MUNHAC) in Lisbon and the Oeiras Marina.

The event, known as the biggest night of science in Europe, once again brought together thousands of people to celebrate and explore scientific research in an accessible, fun and participatory way.

ESHTE's participation was a great success, with a large number of visitors interested in the activities presented. One of the main focuses was the presentation and demonstration of the importance of science in molecular cuisine, an area that aroused much curiosity and involvement from the public, showing in a practical way how science is present in our daily lives.

In a dynamic and inclusive environment, the public – especially young students – showed great enthusiasm, confirming the importance of bringing science, schools and society closer together.

The European Researchers' Night was attended by dozens of partner organisations. Once again, ESHTE stood out for its active participation and knowledge sharing.
