Last Wednesday, January 29th, the Estoril Higher School of Hotel and Tourism (ESHTE) received a visit from the Minister of Tourism of Ecuador, Dr. Matteo Estrella, accompanied by a delegation of distinguished representatives of the Ecuadorian government.
Among the members of the delegation were Dr. Luis Vayas Valdivieso, Ambassador of Ecuador to the United Kingdom and Dr. Gabriel Villafuerte, Counselor at the Embassy of Ecuador in the United Kingdom.
The main objective of the meeting was to promote cooperation between the two countries in the field of education and training in the tourism sector. The visit made it possible to strengthen institutional ties and explore opportunities for academic and professional collaboration between Portugal and Ecuador.
During the visit, the delegation had the opportunity to visit ESHTE's facilities, as well as its academic programs and innovative projects.
