Colloquium "From Tour to Tourism: the Paradigm of Sintra's Cultural Landscape"

The colloquium "From Tour to Tourism: the Paradigm of Sintra's Cultural Landscape", organised by Sintra Town Council, will be held at the Sintra Municipal Library on 14 December, starting at 10am, to mark Municipal Heritage Day.

With the Sintra Landscape in the spotlight, the programme of this colloquium will be a journey from its classification as a Cultural Landscape in 1995 to the present day.

The event will feature a varied programme, including the participation of Professor Miguel Brito, entitled "Mass Tourism in the heyday of tourist destinations - a future of regeneration or decadence".
