University Residences in Cascais | Applications Open

We would like to inform you that applications are officially open for university accommodation provided by the Municipality of Cascais, within the scope of the Habitar Cascais Program. Displaced higher education students can submit their applications between July 7 and August 8, 2025.

 

To meet the needs of displaced university students, the Cascais city council is providing affordable accommodation in municipal properties, through the Habitar Cascais Program.

 

The residences provided are located in the Mosteiro de Santa Maria do Mar, in Carcavelos, and in the Cascais Living Hub, in Cascais, and are equipped with a kitchen, study room, common room, Wi-Fi access, among other amenities. The rental price ranges from R$91.44 to R$350, with a total of 62 vacancies/beds.

 

All displaced students, national or foreign, from public or private education, studying at higher education institutions in the municipality of Cascais can apply.

 

Registration is open from July 7th to August 8th, 2025, and is done online, through the municipality's website: HERE
