The new UNWTO Secretary-General visited Estoril Campus

Zurab Pololikashvili, the Secretary-General of UNWTO, visited the Estoril HIgher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies (ESHTE) as well as the Estoril Tourism School (EHTE). Luís Araujo, president of Turismo de Portugal, Raúl Filipe, president of ESHTE, and Rui Santos, director of  EHTE, hosted him during the visit that happened on the 22nd January.

The UNWTO Secretary-General, who began his functions on the 2nd January, was very interested in the projects developed by both institutions and highlighted the importance of a good education in the area of Tourism.

ESHTE wishes Zurab Pololikashvili all the best for his new tasks as the new Secretary-General of the UNWTO.
