SEMINARS I & TOURISM INFORMATION’S MULTIDISCIPLINARY EDUCATION

Under Professor Maria Mota Almeida’s aegis, ESHTE’s 3rd year Tourism Information students welcomed renowned speakers from disparate areas within Tourism’s scope. Much like in previous years, those professionals shared their experience with the future National Tourist Guides and Promoters, in the scope of the Seminars I subject.

Therefore, One must thank not only the fellow professors of the institution, but also the following guest speakers: Maria José Alves and Maria Cordeiro (Cascais Convention Bureau), Francisco Braga (Minor Hotels), Carina Monteiro (Publituris), Cristina Leal, Aida Ablum and Ana Isabel Sousa (AGIC), Fátima Santos (Quasar) and Mabília Ferreira (Osíris).

In the forthcoming spring semester, Seminars II shall host other elements. ESHTE thus reinforces the transversal and sustainable education that is expected from a well-adapted institution in its field of professional insertion.
