MIAC student wins Food Fab Lab prize

Mariana Carraro, a student of the MSc in Innovation in Culinary Arts, presented the Go Beans project (legume crackers tries to promote the consumption of pulses in Portugal, thus promoting well-being and quality of life) and won the Food Fab Lab Award - Market Potential. This award highlights the merit of the product's maximum potential for market entry, the inherent added value, the appreciation of local, regional or national territory and the ability to promote the economy. The awards ceremony will take place on October 25th, at 5pm, within the National Traditional Confectionery Fair.
