MIAC at the 5th International Sea Urchin Festival

MIAC - the MSc in Innovation in Culinary Arts was invited to be present at the 5th International Sea Urchin Festival. The festival runs from March 29 to April 7, 2019. On March 30 the coordinator Maria José Pires will participate in the session on Food Literacy and Fábio Abreu (MIAC student) will also participate in the show cooking. On April 6 its coordinator chef Nélson Félix will represent MIAC in a show cooking session, as well.
